Terms of Service

Last updated October 13, 2026

These terms cover Frameback, Spotify Island, Lite Tiers, this website and Frameback's clip sharing (all made by h.azard). By downloading the mods, using the website or sharing a clip, you agree to them. They're written to be short and readable.

Using the mods

Both mods are free. What you can and can't do with them (like making videos, or not re-uploading or copying them) is on the License page, which is part of these terms.
Only download them from this website or other official pages linked from it. Copies from anywhere else may be changed or unsafe.
You're responsible for following the rules of the servers you play on. Some servers don't allow certain mods; check before you use them there.

Sharing clips

When you press Share link in Frameback, your clip is uploaded and anyone with the link can watch and download it. Only share clips you're happy for others to see.
  • •Don't share anything illegal, sexual, hateful, or threatening.
  • •Don't share other people's personal information, or clips made to harass or bully someone.
  • •Don't share content you don't have the right to share (for example, someone else's video or copyrighted music used without permission).
Clips can be reported from their page. We can hide or remove any shared clip, and stop someone from sharing, at any time and without warning.
Clip videos are stored on catbox.moe, a separate free file host with its own rules. Their files can't be deleted by us once uploaded. See the Privacy Policy for what that means.

No guarantees

The mods, the website and clip sharing are provided "as is", for free. They may have bugs, change, or stop working (for example, if a hosting service shuts down), and we don't promise they will always be available.
Keep copies of clips you care about: shared links may stop working, and local clips can be lost if files are deleted.
To the extent the law allows, h.azard isn't responsible for any damage or loss that comes from using the mods, the website or clip sharing.

Minecraft, Spotify and other names

Frameback, Spotify Island and Lite Tiers are not official Minecraft products and aren't approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft. Spotify Island isn't made by or associated with Spotify, and Lite Tiers isn't made by or associated with PvPTiers, SubTiers, PVPHQ or MCPVP; tiers and kit icons come from those sites. Their names and logos belong to their owners.

Changes

These terms may change as the mods and website change. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the mods or the website after a change, the new terms apply.
